PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial communication controller capable of reducing the processing load for communication while securing the validity of data. SOLUTION: A first microcomputer 100 and a second microcomputer 200 are respectively provided with DMA control parts 110 and 210, and the data of a communication buffer 131 are rewritten, and the data are transmitted in a communication timing in a prescribed cycle. A CPU 120 sets data whose kinds are different for each communication in regions B1-Bn of a communication buffer 131 synchronously with each communicating timing, and sets data whose kind is the same for each communication in a region A of the communication buffer 131 in a longer cycle thanwiring address counter part 13 by the 21. The CPU 120 sets the data whose kind is the same fox each communication and the data whose kinds are different for each communication in the communication buffer 131 synchronously with each communicating timing when a driving voltage is decreased.
