PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which easily set an ID for automatically deciding the kind of a keyboard part. SOLUTION: An ID setting part 22 representing the kind of the keyboard 2 is formed in the form of a seal, which is stuck on the bottom surface 21 of the keyboard part. The ID is set by wiring a conductive pattern L connecting conductive surfaces A and B on the ID setting part 22. An ID detection part 31 arranged on the main body of the information processor is provided with contactors (a) and (b) to come into contact with conductive surfaces A, B, and G and a contactor (g) connected to a ground potential and while the keyboard part 2 is mounted on the main body of the information processor, the contactors (a), (b), and (g) are brought into contact with the conductive surfaces A, B, and G to inspect continuity between the conductive surfaces A and B and conductive surface G, thereby knowing the ID of the keyboard set with the conductive seal L on the ID setting part 22.
