PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an output-on resistance deviation small in a multiple-output driver. SOLUTION: Impedances of respective transfer gates are set so that impedances in which the impedance of the nth transfer gate and the sum of impedances of the 1st to the nth power source wirings are added is equal to the impedances in which the impedance of the (n+1)th transfer gate and the sum of impedances of the 1st to the (n+1)th power source wirings are added. Moreover, when N is defined as the number of output signals and the impedance of the Nth power source wiring as RLO and also (n) is defined as an arbitrary number from 1 to N, the impedance RLn of the nth power source wiring is set to be RLn=RLO/ N-(n-1)}.
