PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-price pressure fluctuation absorbing structure of a simple structure and a flowmeter provided with the pressure fluctuation absorbing structure. SOLUTION: By providing a buffer space 18 to absorb fluctuations of fluid pressure at a location at which a fluid comes into direct contact and turns direction in channels 15 and 16, a low-price pressure fluctuation absorbing structure 6 of a simple structure is obtained. In addition, by providing a soft cellular member (sponge) 61 in the buffer space 18, it is possible to improve the effects of absorbing pressure fluctuations. Furthermore, by providing the soft cellular member 61 and a hard cellular member 62 in the buffer space 18, it is possible to remove impurities in the fluid and to maintain the performance of a flowmeter.
