PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with widening of a grill by supplementing heating in the vicinity of a central portion of an article to be cooked. SOLUTION: A grill is adapted, such that there are provided a heating chamber 7 for accommodating, heating, and cooking an article 12 to be cooked, an all primary air type burner 13 for combusting fuel gas at upper stage left and right side surfaces of the heating chamber 7, and a gridiron 9 for placing the article 12 to be cooked at a lower stage than the burner 13, wherein the upper portion of the heating chamber is filled with combustion waste gas, and the combustion waste gas is overflowed from a communication hole 16 communicated with an exhaustion chamber to heat the article 7 with the convection heat of the combustion exhaust gas. In the grill, a radiation plate 2 with a larger circular arc shape of R, that has a substantially planar shaped flat surface 2a at the center thereof, is formed, bulged downwardly at the center of a ceiling surface of the heating chamber 7 to heat the neighbourhood of the center portion of the article 12 with the radiation heat (a) from the flat surface 2a.
