PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability, when cooking is performed a plurality of times in succession. SOLUTION: In a cooker adapted to include a cooking chamber 3 for containing an article to be cooked, a heat source for heating the heating chamber, a fan 7 for circulating hot air in the cooking chamber and exhausting a part of the hot air to the outside of the cooking chamber from an exhaust passage, and control means for controlling the fan and a heat source, etc., the control means actuates the fan so as to cool the cooking chamber if temperature in the cooking chamber exceeds a previously set prescribed temperature upon completion of cooking.
