PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the opening/closing condition of a solenoid valve with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A circuit is formed to supply the power generated by a photo cell 26 to a display lamp 24 through the contact of a movable contact 30 with a fixed contact 28. The movable contact 30 is supported by a cantilever beam by a support part 31 in a storage part 22 of a housing 21. When an opening/ closing condition display device 20 is mounted on a solenoid 42 of a solenoid valve 40 by a fitting 32, and if the solenoid valve 40 is in an open condition, the solenoid 42 is excited, the movable contact 30 is subjected to the attraction from the solenoid 42, and brought into contact with the fixed contact 28 to turn on the display lamp 24. If the solenoid valve 40 is in a closed condition, the solenoid 42 is not excited, no attraction is applied to the movable point 30, the movable contact 30 maintains the condition away from the fixed contact 28, and the display lamp 24 is not turned on.
