PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of cost and the improvement of maintainability and further to realize the recycling of respective members by constituting a wall surface of a duct of a back side outside cover of a device. SOLUTION: The outside of a back side plate 34 is covered with a cover 23 and the duct 37 is formed with the cover 23 by integral molding between the cover 23 and a back wall part 37a arranged proximately to the side plate 34. The duct 37 is formed to cover over fans 4, 8 and 18 provided near a fixing device, near an image forming part and near a transfer material carrying path for transfer material to which an image has been already transferred, and communicates with an aperture 28 near a bottom part, then a blowout fan 31 is disposed at the aperture 28 and a filter 32 is provided near the inside of the fan 31. Air entering the duct 37 advances as shown by an arrow 27, passes through the filter 32 and is discharged to the outside with the assistance of the action of the fan 31. At such a time, ozone, toner and other foreign matters included in the air is absorbed by the action of the filter 32, whereby the clean air is discharged to the outside of the device. |
