PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which an order can be instructed to a cookery by designating the food and its quantity dished up on a plate. SOLUTION: In a method for processing order information, a controller 2, a handy terminal 5, and a kitchen printer 4 installed to a cookery are used in such a way that order information, such as the food, its quantity, etc., received from a customer is inputted from the handy terminal 5 and the controller 2 instructs the cookery to cook the ordered food by outputting the information to the kitchen printer 4 after performing prescribed processing on the information. The terminal 5 is provided with unit keys 5-2-1 which are used for instructing the cookery to collectively serve a prescribed quantity of the designated food as one unit. At the time of inputting prescribed order information from the terminal 5, the name and quantity of the ordered food are inputted at every quantity to be collected together by operating the terminal 5 and, at the same time, pressing the unit keys 5-2-1. The controller collects the designated food and quantity as one unit whenever the key 5-2-1 is pressed and outputs the food and quantity to the printer 4 for display. |
