PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the maintenance man-hour by outputting as a progress state the process state of a virtual work flow node which is authorized to refer to a related virtual node. SOLUTION: A virtual work flow item progress acquiring part 106 refers to information of a virtual work flow definition storage part 116, a definition link storage part 118, and a virtual work flow item storage part 117 and uses a mounted work flow item progress acquiring process part 112 to refer to progress information in a work flow item storage part 122, thereby calculating progress information on a virtual work flow item. The mounted work flow item corresponding to the specified virtual work flow item is obtained and the node where the mounted work flow item is processed is obtained. The node is compared with the node of the mounted work flow definition related to the node of a virtual work flow definition to determine as a progress state the process state of the node of the virtual work flow definition which is authorized to refer to the closest related virtual node which is preceding the acquired node. |
