PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous time observation system for assuring the absolute time information of data being measured by a sensor without making expensive a transmission device and making complex the peripheral circuit and structure of a reference clock oscillator. SOLUTION: GPS reception parts 22-1-22-n receive an electronic wave including synchronous time information from corresponding GPS satellites 5-1-5-n. A selection part 23 selects an arbitrary electronic wave out of those being received by the GPS reception parts 22-1-22-n. A time information extraction part 24 extracts a time information signal from electronic waves being elected by the selection part 23. A time information conversion part 28 converts the time information signal that is extracted from the time information extraction part 24 to time numeric value information. A data-processing part 32 of a transmission part 3 generates a synchronous time system sensor data that is the added sensor data of the time numeric value information. |
