PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimally inhibit overshoot in rotational speed to the change of environment and a change over aging in a mechanism, and to carry out stable start operation in a short time. SOLUTION: The rotational speed controller has a motor 1, a driver circuit 9 for rotating the motor 1, a speed detecting means (an RF filter) 53 for detecting the rotational speed of the motor 1, an error calculator 3 for calculating an error between rotational speed output from the speed detecting means 53 and previously imparted aimed rotational speed, a digital filter 20 with at least one circuit section for outputting a speed command to the driver circuit 9 on the basis of a speed error output from the error calculator 3, a memory 10 in which the value of the circuit section of the digital filter 20 is stored, a memory control circuit 5 for storing the value of the circuit section of the digital filter 20 at a time when the motor 1 is turned under a stationary state to the memory 10, and a preset circuit 6 for detecting to reach approximately aimed speed by starting the motor 1 and replacing the value of the circuit section of the digital filter 20 with the value of the memory 10. |
