<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigator whereby information up to a destination can be known during running. SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle navigator, a first display control means 28 displays searching routes from a departure point to a destination on the predetermined area of a display screen as a simple whole route map and a second display control means 29 displays a route section in which an own vehicle has run and a route section to run from now in the displayed simple whole route map where the own vehicle locates at the boundary between both section. Thus, the own vehicle location is found at the boundary position and hence the section it has run and the remaining section are clearly found.</p> |
