<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively air condition entire house or a part of the same and select either sending hot air or cold air from an air conditioning apparatus, directly to a room or sending the same to an underfloor space. SOLUTION: A vertical ventilation layer 8 is formed between an inner wall 7, that defines a room and an outer wall 6 of a house 1, which layer is communicated with an underfloor ventilating layer 9 and an attic space ventilating layer 10, and vent holes 4a, 5a communicated with the underfloor ventilating layer 9 are formed in floors of the room 4, 5. There is provided changeover means 23, 33 which are connected with fan air ducts 22, 32 extending from an outlet side end portion of an air conditioning apparatus 19 to the lower portion of the ventilating hole for selectively sending hot air or cold air flowing in the air fan ducts 22, 32 to either of the ventilation holes 4a, 5a or the underfloor ventilating layers 9, 11.</p> |
