摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lubricative layer excellent in lubricity, reducing the static and kinematic frictions of a head and a disk and capable of suppressing the stiction even if it is allowed to stand at a high temperature over a long period of time. SOLUTION: At least a recording layer, a protective layer and a lubricative layer are successively formed on a substrate to obtain the objective information recording medium. The lubricative layer comprises a perfluoro-polyether represented by the formula R-O-(A1-O-A2-O)x-R (where A1 and A2 are each CF2 and/or C2F4, the ratio between CF2 and C2F4 constituting A1 and A2 is 5:1 to 1:5, (x) is 10-500 and R is heteroarom-containing 1-20C alkyl or fluorine substituted alkyl) and having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of <=7,000 and a weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn) ratio of <=1.15.
