PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder of a battery pack capable of properly placing a battery to be accomodated inside the battery pack, and a compensation circuit, setting the battery on a predetermined position, and simultaneously satisfying them. SOLUTION: A battery holder of a battery pack comprises the contact parts formed at both ends while projecting into the inside of a battery pack body 1 with a length in the width direction of the battery pack body 1 having a structure capable of accomodating at least the battery inside thereof, a communication part for connecting these contact parts, and a battery contact part formed on a central part of this communication part while projecting into the inside of the battery pack body 1.
