Method involves : (a) drilling hole in ground, (b) placing pylon inside drilling, and (c) pouring concrete around pylon. Concrete pouring includes three main steps : (a) placing positioning apparatus, comprising U-shaped clamps (9), on edge of drilling, (b) placing pylon on clamps inside drilling, and (c) adjusting position of pylon by using positioning apparatus. An Independent claim is also included for the positioning apparatus of pylon inside drilling.
