摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate parallel synchronous rectifier switching power supplies without causing a trouble to an external system. SOLUTION: P-type transistors 2, 3 are each connected in series to the gate circuits of a rectifying semiconductor switch 5 and a reflux semiconductor switch 6. Another P-type transistor 1 is provided with its emitter and base terminals connected to both ends of a reactor 9, and its collector terminal to the source terminal of the reflux semiconductor switch 6 via a capacitor 8 in an output filter circuit. To complete a parallel operation circuit, an N-type transistor 4 is also provided whose collector terminal is connected to the base circuits of the P-type transistors 2, 3, its emitter terminal to the source terminal of the reflux semiconductor switch 6, and its base terminal to the connection point of the collector terminal of the P-type transistor 1 with the capacitor 8.
