PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head storage case and a production method for magnetic head which efficiently perform the inverting stage of individual magnetic heads (elements) to improve the productivity of magnetic heads. SOLUTION: This production method includes the inverting stage; and in this stage, a pair of magnetic head storage cases 30a and 30b are prepared, and elements 1 of magnetic heads being in the middle of production are stored in respective recessed parts 31 of one case 30a in the suction state, and the other case 30b is symmetrically brought into contact with one case 30a so that recessed parts 3 and 1 of both cases may face each other and be continuous, and the suction state in one case 30a is stopped, and the other case 30b is set to the suction state, and the pair of cases 30a and 30b are inverted at 180 deg. in the contacting state. Thus, front and rear faces 3 and 5 of plural elements 1 are simultaneously and quickly inverted to improve the productivity of magnetic heads.
