oil and gas production; applicable in stimulation of bottom-hole zone and formation by hydrodynamic wave vibration of different frequency and force with simultaneous injection into formation of large volume of chemical solution from tubing-borehole annular space. SUBSTANCE: lowered into well is plant containing sucker-rod pump and pump chamber. Pump suction cavity is communicated by means of radial distribution channel with annular space. Pressure cavity of pump is communicated with help of longitudinal channel of distributor with zone of pressure below packer. Sealed cavity is communicated with pressure cavity through spring-loaded check valve, and with pressure through spring-loaded discharge valve. Installed in sealed cavity in direction of flow motion, before discharge valve, is swirler and axial narrowing channel. Chemical composition is supplied to annular space, and from it to pressure zone in form of pressure hydraulic pulses. These is hydroseal in form of relief spring-loaded valve for communication with pressure zone of annular space. EFFECT: provided injection from well annular space into producing formation of chemical solutions and produced hydraulic pulses with large pressure differential. 5 cl, 1 dwg
