MANUFACTURE OF REFLECTOR AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high performance reflector by using an original textile sheet mainly composed of olefin resin. SOLUTION: An intermediate material composed of an elastic layer 7a and an easily releasing layer 7b is arranged on a baseplate 5. An original textile sheet 8 and a stamper 9 are arranged in order on this intermediate material. The stamper 9 is pressed down from the upper surface side by a heating/ pressurizing molding roller 10. The molding roller 10 is relatively moved toward the other end side from one end side of the stamper 9 in a rotating state to fabricate the original textile sheet 8. The original textile sheet 8 after fabrication is cooled by using a cooling nozzle 4 still in a state of being brought into close contact with the stamper 9. After cooling, the original textile sheet 8 is torn off from the stamper 9 to obtain a reflector 15. A white backing material 16 is installed on the back face side of the reflector 15.
