PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heater/dryer in which the work for fixing/ removing an air outlet member can be carried out efficiently at the time of maintenance work by eliminating the useless work for fixing/removing a heat exchanger and fixing/removing the air outlet member independently. SOLUTION: The bathroom heater/dryer comprises an air outlet member 6 for guiding the air sucked by means of a circulation fan through a heat exchanger 3 to be blown into a bathroom and the air outlet member is fixed to a corner defined by the back face 30 of the heat exchanger and an air outlet fixing face 15 formed on a rear case 11. A bearing division supporting part 8 supports a bearing 9 for bearing the shaft of a circulation fan on an arcuate bearing supporting face 80 formed on the rear case and an arcuate bearing retaining face 81 formed on the air outlet member. The arcuate bearing retaining face 81 supports the bearing within half range Y1 on the outer circumferential surface of the bearing being sectioned by a line Y passing through the center C of the bearing and extending perpendicularly to the back face of the heat exchanger.
