PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a manufacturing process by forming a clearance part inside a tube wall layer of an inner tube spirally in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube and freely movably fitting a reinforcing member in the clearance part. SOLUTION: A flexible hose 10 is provided with a synthetic resin inner tube 20 having a flow passage for letting a medium consisting of fluid such as liquid and gas or consisting of powder flow through it. Inside a tube wall layer 22 of the inner tube 20, a clearance part 24 with an almost egg-shaped cross section is formed spirally in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube 20. Inside the clearance part 24, a reinforcing member 30 made of a hard polyvinylchloride wire, a stainless steel wire, or a steel wire is arranged and fitted freely movably. In this way, a manufacturing process is simplified, and flexibility of the inner tube 20 can be fully exhibited without causing any kink.
