PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control device capable of controlling the flow rate with high accuracy though any highly accurate parts design is unnecessary for a fixing structure of a regulating valve to a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: This flow control device 1 comprises a cylindrical body part 2, a regulating valve 25 to regulate the flow rate of a fluid by the insertion position into an opening 28, and a motor to drive the regulating valve 25. A rotor part 33 of the motor is driven in the forward direction to move the rotor part and a rotary shaft 34 straight in the direction toward the opening 28, while the rotor part is driven in the reverse direction to move the rotor part and the rotary shaft straight in the direction away from the opening. A cylindrical holding member 24 is fixed to a tip side of the rotary shaft, an open end of the holding member 24 is bent inwardly to cause the regulating valve, and the regulating valve 25 is held on the holding member 24 by the bent portion of the holding member 24 and an energizing means 26 to energize the regulating valve to an open end side.
