PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent re-liquefaction due to a temperature drop in LP gas passing through a gas feeding pipe by arranging an outer pipe on the outside of a gas phase pipe via a hollow for constructing a double pipe structure. SOLUTION: When an outer pipe 20 shaped equally to a gas phase pipe 10 and provided with a diameter larger than that of the gas phase pipe 10 is arranged on the outside of the gas phase pipe 10, a double pipe A structure is provided. In this way, a hollow part 21 is formed between the gas phase pipe 10 and the outer pipe 20. A lid closing the inlet of the hollow 21 is welded in the base end side of the gas phase pipe 10, while the tip sides of both of the gas phase pipe 10 and the outer pipe 21 are welded to an end plate 3, so that the hollow part 21 is formed into a sealed space. A heat shut-off effect is provided by the hollow part 21, and if the inside of the hollow part 21 is evacuated, the heat shut-off effect is improved further. LP gas naturally evaporated in a gas phase part 6 passes through the gas phase pipe 10 so as to be fed to a combustion apparatus 14 from a gas take-out valve 9. In this case, the gas phase pipe 10 is thermally insulated by the hollow part 21 based on the outer pipe 20, so that the LP gas passes through without any temperature drop even if a temperature of the liquid phase part 7 is low, and the LP gas in a phase condition passes through without any liquefaction.
