<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchange device to relieve a load of a whole device and besides suppress the generation of noise and vibration by regulating a heat-exchange amount of hot water stored in a hot water storage tank without regulating a total amount of flow rate of a heating medium. SOLUTION: By utilizing a heating medium the heat of which is increased by a heat collector 11, the temperature of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 14 is increased by a heat-exchange path 12. The heat of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 14 is increased by a direct path 13 branched from the heat-exchange path 12 and decreased in a route passing through the hot water storage tank 14 to a value lower than the heat-exchange path 12. Further, a distribution amount of a heating medium passing through the heat-exchange path 12 and a distribution amount of a heating medium passing through the direct path 13 are controlled by a flow rate control valve 15 and a controller 16.</p> |
