PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a high-purity toner in a short time without scattering the toner to the periphery by sucking and recovering the remaining toner in a state where an aperture bored without making chips is covered with a toner suction means. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cutter is attached to a hand 105 provided on an arm 104a of a robot arm 104. By giving ultrasonic vibration to the ultrasonic cutter by a controller and controlling the action of the robot by a robot controller, a bottom board of a toner container is welded and cut at a cutting position. A toner suction cover 301 is formed in shape to cover over a toner recovering port of an open toner container 205, and arranged in a tight contact state so as to cover over the toner recovering port on the container 205. A duct 303 is supported by the hand 105 provided on the arm 104a of the robot 104, and air in the container 205 is sucked by a dust catcher 302 in a state where the toner recovering port of the container 205 is covered with the cover 301. |
