PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the spring-out degree of a door when the door is opened by moving a shaft, i.e., a door rotary fulcrum in the direction opposite to the door opening direction in response to the opening/closing actions of the door that can be freely turned against a device main body. SOLUTION: A door 8 is opened when a recording medium 1 is inserted into the door 8, and the door 8 starts to turn around a shaft 10 and in the inserting direction of the medium 1. At the same time, a gear 9 placed on the shaft 10 also turns in response to the turning of the door 8 and gears into a rack 12 of a bearing part 11 to start moving in ejecting direction directly opposite to the medium inserting direction. When the medium 1 is inserted further, the door 8 turns continuously in the medium inserting direction up to about 90 degrees to fully open an inserting port 4. Meanwhile, the gear 9 moves continuously on the rack 12 in the ejecting direction until the door 8 is fully opened and is, when the door 8 is fully opened, in a state that it has moved to the most distant point from the position set when the door 8 is closed.
