PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the driving system of a main body side from being damaged by the broken piece of a gear even in the case that the gear of the unit of a side to be driven attachable/detachable to/from a main body is broken. SOLUTION: A fixing unit (the unit of the side to be driven) 7 attachable/ detachable to/from an image forming device main body 8 provided with a driving source possesses a constitution to transmit driving force from the driving source, and the strength of the driving input gear (a driving receiving means) 10 of the fixing unit 7 is set to be weaker than that of a coupler gear (a driving output means) 6 on the side of the main body 8, so that the driving input gear 10 on the side of the fixing unit 7 is firstly broken in the case that the load of the fixing unit 7 is increased. In this case, a member 15 whose material is more flexible than that of the gear 10 is stuck to one side end surface of the driving input gear 10 on the side of the fixing unit 7.
