PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter which obtains needed connection quality and in which the arrangement position of connecting means for an input and a connecting means for an output are easily designed. SOLUTION: This dielectric filter 10 includes a shield case 13, a dielectric resonator 11 arranged in the case 13, a supporting base 12 supporting the resonator 11 and a connecting means for an input and a connecting means for an output connected to the resonator 11. The connecting means for an output is a probe 16b with one end opened and the probe 16b extends on the side of the base 12 of the resonator 11.
