PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiating plate structure for a repeating amplifier, which is devised to provide a space allowing a tool to pass therethrough without changing the layout of components, when the radiating plate is attached to a narrow region. SOLUTION: A radiating plate 1 is arranged on the board of a repeating amplifier. In the radiating plate 1, attaching holes 13 are formed into an L- shaped bottom surface 12 formed by bending an end part of the plate 1 at right angles. The holes 13 are fitted with threaded columns erected within a narrow clearance formed with respect to an adjacent board, and in this condition, the radiating plate 1 is fixed through tightening with washers and nuts. Countersunk holes 14 are formed at locations, corresponding to the holes 13 in the side surface of the leg portion of the radiating plate 1 in a manner extending in parallel with the columns. The radiating plate 1 is fixed by tightening by inserting a tool for tightening the nuts through each of these holes 14.
