PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spectacle lens which is capable of more exactly enhancing the effect of correction by through-holes or transparent portions by specifying the sizes of the through-holes or the transparent portions and their arrangement as well as the conditions of opaque portions. SOLUTION: The vertex at which the one through-hole or transparent portion inscribes or circomscribes a circular shape of 0.2 to 2.75 mm in diameter D or a circle of 0.2 to 2.75 mm in diameter forms a regular hexagon. Plural pieces of such through-holes or transparent portions are disposed in the zigzag array positions where the centers of the through-holes or the transparent portions constitute a regular triangle of 1.0 to 5.5 mm in length L on one side. The length L on one side of the zigzag array positions constituting such regular triangle is changed continuously or intermittently and the others are formed as the opaque portions. At least the central band portion of the spectacle lens is formed as a standard diameter D0 and a standard length L0 on one side. The upper one-third and quarter band portions of the spectacle lens are formed as the through-holes or transparent portions having at least the diameter D large than the standard diameter D0 and the ratio of L/D is specified to 1.3 to 3.5.
