PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell with a low weighing capacity with improved creep characteristics. SOLUTION: In the load cell with a strain-generating body 1 where strain gauges 2-1 to 2-4 are studs to a strain-generating part, a hard substrate 3 where resistors 5-1 and 5-2 that are used as a temperature-compensating resistor or a dummy gauge are mounted is mounted to the side surface of the strain- generating body 1 so that the resistors 5-1 and 5-2 directly contact the surface of the strain-generating body 1, thus improving the heat transfer property of the strain-generating body to the temperature-compensating resistor or to the dummy gauge.
