PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift an object by a hand hook and to measure the weight of the object simultaneously. SOLUTION: This hand hook is constituted in such a way that a proper balance mechanism 2 is attached to the handle part 2 of the hand hook 1 or to the inside of the handle part and that the weight pf an object which is hooked and lifted up by the hand hook can be measured. In addition, the hand hook is constituted in such a way that a lock mechanism 4 is attached to a proper place and that, when the hand hook is locked, it can be used as an ordinary hand hook.
