<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a channel capacity while maintaining sufficient reception quality through the suppression of interference between users. SOLUTION: A path immunity measurement section 213 of a mobile station unit 201 measures a path immunity of an outgoing signal, a multiplexer section 214 multiplexes the path immunity information on an incoming signal and transmits the resulting incoming signal to a base station unit 101. A path immunity extract section 161 of the base station unit 201 extracts the path immunity information multiplexed on the incoming signal, a spread rate decision section 171 decides a spread rate of the outgoing signal on the basis of the path immunity information, a slot decision section 181 decides a time slot of the outgoing signal on the basis of the spread rate, and a spread code decision section 191 decides the spread code on the basis of the spread rate and the time slot.</p> |
