<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus which can be miniaturized and which can be made low-cost. SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus 1 is provided with an analog-to-digital converter 3 which generates voltage data DV by analog-to-digital-converting a commercial alternating current. The measuring apparatus is provided with a real-time clock circuit 22 which generates time data DT. The measuring apparatus is provided with a time correction part 24 which corrects the time data DT of the real-time clock circuit 22 in synchronization with the frequency of the commercial alternating current. In the measuring apparatus, a measuring and processing operation is executed on the basis of the voltage data DV, and the time which is based on the generated time data DT is displayed on a display part 21. The time correction part 24 corrects the time data DT on the basis of a periodic parameter which is contained in the voltage data DV.</p> |
