PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convergence judgment circuit for an adaptive digital filter capable of performing reliable convergence decision. SOLUTION: This convergence judgment circuit 23 is circuit connected to an adaptive digital filter 20 for obtaining a prescribed output signal y (n) from a prescribed input signal is x (n) and for performing convergence decision. The circuit 23 is provided with a detecting means which detects a convergence operation or an amplification operation of the filter coefficient of the adaptive digital filter and a convergence signal outputting means which judges that convergence is attained and outputs a convergence signal when the detecting means detects the convergence operation or amplification operation of the filter coefficient for a prescribed period.
