PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of radiation elements to reduce cost and to perform beam scanning over a wider angle range by forming the cross section of a dielectric lens into a convergent lens shape, arranging the dielectric lens and a feeding linear array slantly and rotating them around an axis along a zenith direction. SOLUTION: In this antenna device, the number of radiation elements constituting a feeding linear array 13, is reduced by forming the cross section shape of a dielectric lens 14 whose dielectric constant is constant into a convergent lens shape which has a focus and where a center part is thicker than an edge, and the lens 14 and arrays 13 are arranged slantly to rotate them mechanically around the axis along a zenith direction.
