PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a radiation-measuring device and reduce its costs by measuring a wide range of radiation dose by a single radiation detector. SOLUTION: The radiation-measuring device is provided with a common electrode 32 that is formed on a surface at the radiation incidence side of a semiconductor substrate 31, and individual electrodes 33 and 36 that are divided into a plurality of portions, are provided on a surface that opposes the common electrode 32 of the semiconductor substrate 31, and form each independent electrode, thus counting radiation entering the semiconductor substrate 31 corresponding to the area of each of the individual electrodes 33 and 36 independently between each of the individual electrodes 33 and 36 and the common electrode 32.
