PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly secure insulation distance without increasing the size of a bobbin. SOLUTION: A slit 17 is provided on a printed substrate 15, an extention part 16a which is extended to the lower side of the printed substrate 1t through the slit 17 is provided on the partition plate 16 of a bobbin 3, and the insulation distance L1 of the primary winding 4 and the secondary winding 5 is secured. A rugged surface 18 is formed on the outer surface of the base part 10 of the bobbin 3, and the insulation distance L2 at a core 2 of the transformer and the secondary wiring 5 is secured.
