<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the application of large torque on a reel by a simple structure. SOLUTION: First and second flywheels 11 and 12 having capstans 5 and 7 fixed thereto are wound on a belt and driven, and rotated mutually in opposing directions, a motive force from a first flywheel gear 16 is transmitted from an input gear 14 of a torque transmission mechanism 13 to an output gear 15, and the output gear 15 rotates first and second reel driving gears 25 and 26 mutually in opposing directions. First and second reel gears 23 and 24 are provided with slackening removal slipping mechanisms for transmitting very weak torque. A first switching gear 31 is engaged simultaneously with the first reel gear 23 and the first reel driving gear 25 to execute reproducing/fast forwarding, and a second switching gear 32 is engaged simultaneously with the second reel driving gear 24 and the second reel gear 26 to execute backward reproducing/ rewinding.</p> |
