PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mother board, a child board and the manufacture method, which can inexpensively and efficiently obtain the small child board having an end face electrode and a side electrode. SOLUTION: A mother board 10 has long through holes 12 formed to simultaneously expose the whole end faces 16b of one child board 14 which is adjacent by making a side to be common and a part of the sides of the other child board 14. Electrode patterns 16 which are to become the end face electrodes 16b and the side electrodes 16a are formed on the inner sides of the through holes 12. The child board 14 can be obtained by dividing the mother board 10 along a line which passes the vicinity of both ends of the long through holes 12, is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the through hole 12 and extends. |
