PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent each metal insert from exfoliating from its interface with a mold resin by suppressing the stress generated by hardening shrinkage of the mold resin. SOLUTION: Metal inserts 7 and 8 are supported on the same axis, and at least either of their ends is supported by a fixing jig 25 furnished with a follow-up function to make follow-up in the hardening shrinkage direction of a mold resin, and the mold resin is injected to the whole region over the opposing surfaces of the inserts 7 and 8 so that an insulating part with the mold resin is accomplished, and a force in the exfoliating direction is suppressed likely to act between the opposing surfaces of inserts 7 and 8 and the interface with the mold resin.
