PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify open-close position detecting control of an open-close body while lengthening the lifetime of a memory in which the position of the stop of the open-close body is stored. SOLUTION: A preceding positional data EM is read from a memory 20 for conservation in the case of on of a power supply and written to a positional counter 1 as an actual positional data C at that time while the preceding positional data is also written to an internal memory 2. The counting processing of addition and subtraction by a pulse wave signal PS input in the positional counter 1 is conducted and the actual positional data is computed. When the actual positional data C of the positional counter and the temporary storage positional data RM of the memory for conservation coincide in the case of off of the power supply, writing to the memory for conservation of the actual positional data is inhibited. Accordingly, the rotational signal of a motor is counted and used as the actual position data of the open-close body, the simple circuit of writing to the memory for conservation of a stop positional data in the case of off of the power supply is formed while the number of writing of the memory for conservation is reduced, and the lifetime of the memory is lengthened.
