PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a load on a switching work of a control station controller. SOLUTION: In the inductive radio communication system including a 1st control station controller 1 to which a plurality of 1st base stations 4 are connected, this adaptor device 40 is used to change the 1st control station controller 1 into a 2nd control station controller 21 with a different configuration from that of the controller 1 and to change each 1st base station 4 into 2nd base stations 24 connectable to the 2nd control station controller 24. The adaptor 40 generates serial digital data SD resulting from converting a block display light signal SQT having the same form as that of block display lighting data NSD and gives the data SD and NSD to the 2nd control station controller 21 in the case that the adaptor 40 receives the block display lighting signal SQT equivalent to the serial digital data being the block display lighting data received by the 2nd control station controller 21.
