PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the interruption of an insignificant interruption service component by permitting the switch of sound output from a sound output means only on the audio service component for interruption in language similar to setting the language. SOLUTION: Setting language is read from a memory into which the setting language of a user is written and it is judged whether detection language is matched with setting language or not (S39). When judgment is YES, a received interruption service component is interrupted into an audio program which is given from a speaker till then, namely, output sound from the speaker is switched from the service component to a radio receiver for DAB (S40). When the judgment is NO, the interruption of the received interruption service component is stopped and the sound output of the service component, which is given till then, is continued from the speaker (S41).
