PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimized access by connecting communication terminal data to data transmitted or received by means of another kind of communication apparatus, executing transmission between a switchboard and an adaptation device, converting connected data into a second protocol which can be analyzed by means of at least one first Internet access device, executing reverse conversion and transmitting it. SOLUTION: Terminals T1 and T2 are connected to the switchboard SW1 with an ISDN subscriber line. The terminals T3 and T4 are respectively connected to the switchboard SW2 with the ISDN subscriber lines BDT3 and BDT4. The terminal T1 transmits an address-designated data packet to Internet with a channel DT1 and the switchboard SW1. As a result, the switchboard SW1 inserts the data packet to existing connection to the adaptation device AD or sets design possible D-channel connection as virtual D-channel connection between the terminal T1 and the adaptation device AD.
