PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange information stored in a hand-held unit through a contact between human bodies by shaking hands. SOLUTION: A touch link 100 exchanges information through human bodies of two people. The touch link is provided with an electrode 104 that is placed in contact with a human skin and inputs/outputs a digital signal to/from the human skin, a storage section 103 that stores the digital signal, a transmission section 101 that modulates the digital signal read from the storage section 103 and outputs the modulated signal to the electrode 104, and a reception section 102 that demodulates, amplifies the digital signal received from the electrode 104 and stores the resulting signal into the storage section 103.
