PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely retain a connector on a board, while eliminating a connector retainer when the connector is fixed by providing a protrusion for retaining the connector on a circuit board on the inner surface of a case body. SOLUTION: A case 16 is constructed by providing a retainer protrusion 22 integrally on the inner surface at the upper part of a case body 21 while projecting downwardly. When a joint box C is assembled, a connector 14 is set on a board 13 at first and is applied with a case 16. Consequently, the retainer protrusion 22 of the case 16 abuts against the upper surface of the connector 14 to retain it from above. In is state, the case 16 is retained fixed on the board 16, the connector 14 is fixed to the board 13 by means of connector fixing screws 15 and the case 16 is fixed to the board 13 by means of case fixing screws 17. Since the retainer protrusion 22 is provided on the inner surface of the case 21 and the connector 14 is retained fixedly onto the board 13 by means of the retainer protrusion 22, a connector retainer can be eliminated.
