PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of stacks for high heat radiation, attain low inductance, high assembly workability, and short MTTR. SOLUTION: A contact conductor has a two-layered structure, and is integrally formed so that a P-layer conductor 12a and an N-layer conductor 12b may be disposed on the first layer in parallel with each other, an AC-layer conductor 12c may be disposed between the P-layer conductor 12a and N-layer conductor 12b so as to be adjacent thereto, a PC-layer conductor 12e may be disposed so as to overlap the P-layer conductor 12a on the second layer brought into close contact with the first layer conductor so as to sandwich an insulating material 13, and an NC-layer conductor 12f may be disposed so as to overlap the N-layer conductor 12b. A C-layer conductor 12d is disposed so as to overlap the P-layer conductor 12a, N-layer conductor 12a, PC-layer conductor 12e, and NC-layer conductor 12f, and a filter capacitor is connected to the terminal 15 of the P-layer conductor 12a and the terminal 15 of the N-layer conductor 12a for output from the terminal of 16 of the AC-layer conductor 12c. |
